For Flavour by Fire, we didn’t just make a festival — we designed an experience. My team and I transformed fire, smoke, and Guinness into a playground for the senses, where every flame‑kissed dish, every sizzle, and every roasted aroma told the story of the brand.

 

Collaborating with Sherson Lian, we co-created bold, fire-infused recipes that brought out the deep, smoky richness of Guinness in ways no one had seen before, celebrating the beer’s fire-roasted barley character while giving festival-goers something truly unexpected and memorable.
